We're a Kuala Lumpur team that designs and runs team building, soft skills training and public courses for organisations across Malaysia.
Our story
Founded in 2026, in Mont Kiara
HiveWorks Training Consultancy Sdn Bhd started with a simple frustration: too many corporate away-days felt like a box-ticking exercise. Great budget, forgettable outcome.
So we built the opposite. Every HiveWorks programme is designed backwards from a real objective — better communication, more trust, sharper problem solving, stronger leadership — and then delivered with enough energy that people forget they're "training".
The name says it. A hive is a lot of individuals working as one. Our job is to plan the structure so your people can get on with the bonding.
